• First, call VTFC to schedule an appointment.
• VTFC will confirm your physician or help you Identify a physician for your physical therapy report to be sent.
• You can been seen for up to 14 days (typically 2-3 times per week for 2 weeks) before your physician needs to provide a prescription for physical therapy.
