“Physical therapy at VTFC has changed my life. Degenerating discs in my spine were causing such severe pain that I could not work, sit, or sleep. On my first visit to VTFC, the therapist was able to relieve my pain dramatically, and he began teaching me the tools that I still use to strengthen my problem areas. I quickly became confident in the therapy because of the knowledge, diligence, and proficiency, of the therapists, who were able to isolate and resolve my biomechanical problems. I am currently participating in the Fitness Program, which allows me to come in and exercise whenever I want, using a program that was specifically designed for me.
