an out-of-network provider of physical therapy services.
Virginia Therapy & Fitness
Center accepts all insurances as an out-of-network
provider. This means that you will likely need to
meet an out-of-network deductible before your insurance
will pay for any services by Virginia Therapy & Fitness
Center. |

| Virginia Therapy & Fitness Center’s
business office will contact your insurance
carrier, after your first visit, to verify
your out-of-network benefits. As a courtesy for
our patients, our business office will submit all
of your VTFC physical therapy claims. |

Your out-of-network coverage may by different
than your in-network coverage.
Please contact your insurance carrier to determine
your out-of-network benefits for physical therapy. |
