Physical Therapist
As a California native, Sheri received her B.A. in Health, Exercise, and Sports Science from the University of the Pacific in 2016. She then went on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
Sheri is passionate about working with a wide range of populations, from older adults with balance dysfunction to the postpartum mother returning to exercise. Sheri approaches patient care from a fitness forward mindset along with manual therapy, to ensure that her patients not only return to their prior level of function, but also become the healthiest, fittest version of themselves. Sheri believes the best outcomes in physical therapy are created when all aspects of a person’s health are addressed, not just the physical.
Outside of work, you can find Sheri working out at her local CrossFit gym, trying new restaurants, or catching up on reality TV.
