Physical Therapist

Justin is a graduate of Shenandoah University and obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. The foundation for his practice was formed after spending five years as a licensed physical therapist assistant and worked in a variety of clinical settings. He believes communication is key to enhancing patient rapport and ultimately yielding the most impactful outcomes. When selecting Justin for physical therapy care, patients can expect an active treatment approach combined with manual therapy skills. As he builds relationships with his patients he educates them through the process of their treatment so that they feel empowered to lead their healing journey. He has a passion to motivate individuals to take the reins of their own health to improve self-efficacy and resilience.

Additionally, Justin takes the approach that a long-term commitment to exercise will ultimately lead to long-term success in overall health and wellness. Justin has experience working with athletes including adaptive sports, geriatrics, weekend warriors, individuals with chronic pain, and neurologic diseases. He became certified in blood flow restriction rehabilitation through Owens Recovery Science. He is a leader in the DC-metro region using this innovative treatment to help individuals get stronger and recovery more effectively from surgery to reach their personal goals. He also developed a passion for working with barbell athletes during his own powerlifting experience. He is a leader in the DC-metro region using this innovative treatment to help individuals get stronger and recover more effectively from surgery to reach their personal goals.
