Physical Therapist

Lyndsey completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2019. She has experience working with neurologic conditions such as spinal cord injuries and strokes, as well as fall prevention in aging populations; though her primary passion is orthopedics. Lyndsey is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties) and a Certified Dry Needling Specialist (Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments). Lyndsey played NCAA Division II soccer for the University of Mount Olive where she earned first-team All-Southeast Region, captained her team to a division championship, and eventually took the role as student-assistant coach. Her background as a player and coach gives her a great foundation to help athletes, weekend warriors, or anyone working to overcome pain to return to an active lifestyle. Her goals are your goals — she believes in an active, patient-centered approach consisting of education, manual therapy techniques, and movement retraining specific to her patient’s goals. She enjoys working with lower extremity athletes, cervical disc replacements and fusions, hip pathologies, and aging populations. Lyndsey is also fluent in Spanish.
