PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Tracy is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Physical Therapy Program. As a life long athlete and healthcare professional for the past twenty years, she strives to provide a total body approach to fitness, rehabilitation and wellness. She specializes in orthopedic, spine and sports physical therapy and uses a variety of manual techniques, trigger point dry needling, cupping and functional therapeutic exercises to help restore function, relieve pain and help return patients to a better quality of life. Tracy has a background as a high school track and field coach with her specialty as a hurdler. She also was a water safety instructor where she taught red cross swim lessons to people of all ages. Growing up Tracy played competitive tennis and grew up skiing in Vermont.
Where have you treated in the past?
Tracy and her family have spent the last 6 years living overseas in Thailand and Italy where she provided physical therapy services to the US diplomatic community. She spends free time with her family and friends, traveling, and staying active.
